"DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY: Unfortunately we had the food delivered so couldn’t check The order before it left the store. They forgot one of our sandwiches , our coleslaw, and the ranch condiment . We ordered sweet tea and it’s not sweet at all . We called the restaurant and they wouldn’t deliver the sandwich or refund the money . They didn’t even offer store credit . Terrible customer service . Contacted corporate and they were great and after a few emails back and forth they gave me a refund on my missing food ."

"Against the advice of my entire family, I thought Id give a try. Big mistake. The food was terrible. The chicken had so much of the lousy tasting spicy fried batter, it was a chore just to get to some chicken meat. I get Popeyes every blue moon in Bklyn across the st from Kings County hospital. Different neighborhood. Different clientele. The Page Ave food wouldnt last a single day there."

"The worst experience!! This man was SO RUDE to me. I ordered a promotional 2 piece with fries (the promotion was free 2 piece if you order something for $5+) so I got a large fries. Arrived at the location and this man told me there was NO PROMOTION and I only ordered fries. His exact words were “THERE IS NO PROMOTION, I HAVE BEEN HERE ALL DAY” when I tried to show him the promotion, he double backed by saying I’m not signed in that’s why it’s not working.. but I thought there was no promotion ?? I tried to explain that I am signed in and I do have an account. This whole time, his tone was very much “idc” and he wasn’t trynna help me. He just kept going back and forth. I tried to show him I was signed in and when he saw, his response was “well the only thing that came through was fries”. I tried to speak to him in a CALM manner because the whole time I was trying to explain the situation, he would interrupt me like he knew better and each time I showed him, he was wrong. I tried to explain to him I disliked the way he was treating the matter and not trying to help me and that’s when he said “Well I’m the only one here” in which I responded “I understand but your tone of voice and the way you’re handling the matter —“ that’s all I got out when he walked away and went to take an order as I’m speaking to him. VERY RUDE. The picture below is him ignoring me as I was trying to resolve an issue."

"I buy from this store almost every day. Many times I got the chickens burned and not well seasoned. It does not taste good and is not fresh. Today I gave them the last chance and I ordered one chicken sandwich and it tasted terrible and burned!"

"Yikes. Popped by at 12:30 pm on a Saturday to a car line wrapped around the building and around 30 people inside already. Was told they were out of fish for the day - ok, no problem, Friday during Lent probably wiped them out of fish. Got the chicken sandwich instead and it was small, shriveled, sad and with a complimentary worker’s strand of hair inside of it. Disgusting. Fries were haphazardly thrown into a bag and were ice cold and shriveled, too. Had hope for this brand new location since the others in SI aren’t good, either. Huge disappointment."
