"Blueberry scone was not the greatest. Years and years (back in the late 90s) ago, Starbucks served the best pastries. Not anymore. Always love the coffee drinks though - mine was a hot latte."

"The Only reason I might re-order at this store is the wonderful lady at the register that took my order. OTHER then that the serviced is repulisive! I stood at the counter waiting to be waited on but counted 5 times someone looked at me and walked away acting like I didn't exist! Then another 5 times someone looked at me and acted like i didnt exisit while i waited paitently for my coffee as i didnt exisit.Then when my name was called the young girl with the red hair stood across from me on the other side of the counter and distinctly looked the other direction while calling my name. Then as I walked away was told to have a good day"

"When I ordered in the store and while I was waiting for my PSL to be made, I couldn’t help but notice how quick, efficient, friendly, and cheerful the staff was. Little things - that really aren’t little at all - like acknowledging I was there and saying I’d be helped in a moment and cheerful guest interactions as orders were delivered made this place stand out. Special shout outs to Woody, Ray, and Shay. I just found out they’re down a machine. I can only imagine how fantastic they are when firing on all cylinders!"

"Great drinks and service. Typical wait times. ->Parking is a little small and whoever designed where the drive thru clearly hates humanity. I *highly suggest* pulling into the plaza at the traffic light where dunkin donuts is, and make your way to the drive thru, it's much easier than having to pull a K-turn and block everyone from accessing the parking lot, and then risk road rage with anyone who hasn't had their coffee yet."
