"No number to call my order was messed up. Only 4 things available on the menu. And still my order was messed up. Didn't really want what was available. But I settled. Couldn't go back so I tried calling for a refund. No number available can't even contact by email"
"They were out of everything except fried chicken. No sandwiches of any kind, none of the advertised ghost pepper wing. Lines were long to order and so was the wait for the food. We ended up getting the spicy fried chicken and it was dry and tough. Overall the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had."
"Food is good and they're quick to fix mistakes. One word to the wise: employees, when someone picks up an order that was part of a MISSING order, don't make snide comments. My daughter went to pick up the items that were missing to begin when they shouldn't have been. If someone pays for an item, then don't make remarks about someone picking said item up. To the manager, thank you for your kindness and generosity. I hope it rubs off on your one employee who thought he was the one buying our food and therefore could comment on us picking it up."
"I visited when it was grand opening. Service was very slow as a long line of people awaiting orders started to pile up. Hopefully they are able to work out the kinks as I love their chicken."
