"The West Herr Ford service Center is okay, the reason why I say it's okay it's cuz my wife took her Jeep there that she purchased from West Herr to have a new battery put in an oil change they quoted one price and charge her another which was higher that's not good. I'm a former mechanic and the quote should be the same as the actual paying price. Especially on routine and simple replacement services."
