"I manage a bus company in town (Raleigh). I took my bus in to get tires put on the tag axle. The manager promised me they would be able to put the tires on by the end of day. I left the bus and came back the next morning and tires were still not put on bus. I had to sit and wait for about an hour for them to complete the job. The manager apologized for the delay and took care of the bill.I was informed from the shop guys that they don’t like doing bus tires. That was disappointing because I always have taken the bus to McCarthy and the Bridgestone representative ask me to use McCarthy Tire."
