"I tried to use the app to order for my whole family and it wasn't working. When I went to the Copiague location and read the app order off it bugged out and added a ton of food. Marina was amazing and helped me as I was very annoying I'm sure. Thanks to much Marina!"

"Always go to Wendy’s as my son loves there nuggets. Every time I go on drive thru the service is amazing. When I pay Apple Pay they always bring the pay computer closer to my window. Today around 2:40 I was at the drive thru, the heavy set girl working there was rude. When I asked if she could bring it closer she laughed like if something was funny. Must of been looking at her reflection in my glasses. Anyway I told grab the phone since u wanna be lazy. Next I asked for sauce she completely ignored me. I stayed at the window I said could I get sweet and sour sauce and gives me one sauce for 20 nuggets. Rolled her eyes the second time I asked for more sauce. If you don’t wanna be there don’t work there. From someone who goes to this Wendy’s often never had a problem. Everyone always greets and smiles she must be new or something but hopefully she ain’t on the window again and if she is hopefully she doesn’t give the wrong attitude to the wrong person."

"Im a mother of 7 kids I always to go my local Wendy's I've been going to this Wendys for more then 3 years and i just love all the employes they're very nice even with my 7 kids but the last time i went to the my local wendys i got scriminated from the manager or boss im not sure but he rushed my order just to get us out of the store and gave me an uncompleted order. Im never got therer ever again."

"Normally I wouldn’t bother to review a fast food restaurant location, but I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and the drive-thru staff has always been friendly and courteous (at least in the morning). Occasionally I have to pull forward while they prepare my order but the wait is never longer than a minute. The interior and exterior are always clean and there’s plenty of parking since this location is never busy."
