"Although I'd give them a Zero. They say they try to work with us but that's minimal. Not one time did they let us set up a deferred payment when I needed it. That's how I got behind because of a hardship and two siblings passed away. I've been making payment on our car every single day this past week to catch up and they still had it picked up. The last time they did that they claimed they did not know who called the tow people. Now the lady keeps hanging up on me. We were door dashing to catch these up because our cleaning business is slow and now I have no way of any income. I hope their Christmas brings them lots of Karma!!!!!"

"These people are the worst! They lied about not disabling my vehicle.. they told me they don’t disable vehicles. Payment was even late! If you have 10days after the due date why disable the vehicle.. & you still have time after the last actually day with late fee! I can if month was out and payment has not been made! Never again will I deal with these people."
