"I ordered a custom salad and they charged me twice for Parmesan, when I had just asked for a little more because he didn’t give me a full scoop. I did not ask for that. I told him this and he refused to remove the charge. Poor customer service, will not be returning."
"If you want healthy eating and fresh food this is the spot. Great salad options. Super fresh."
"I’ve been to this location more than once, but this time I found it to be an unpleasant experience. The food quality was not good. They seem to have been understaffed, and the staff that was taking my order had a serious attitude. The rice is hard and the chicken had an off taste. The bathrooms were not in the best condition and neither was a dining restaurant. Very disappointed in the food and left not feeling too great from the staff."
"Promising but not executing on service correctly. Food: 4/5 - Food was pretty good. We had the BBQ salad and Hot Honey Chicken Plate. Both were flavorful. Service: 2/5 - This was the worst part... It's not that the people behind the counter were aloof, it was that there were not enough of them. On a Friday afternoon at lunchtime, they had 2 people working the line that continued to grow. They also had 1 person doing takeout orders. This equated to a very long wait. You don't need to be an expert in the restaurant business to see that this a staffing issue. They should have at least 5 people working the line at lunches, especially early on in an establishment's life staffing should be able to meet the demand and keep the wait down. This will certainly hurt the company’s potential as people who are on a lunch break are not going to want to wait for 20+ minutes. Ambiance: 4/5 - Nice layout. Attractive decor. Lots of natural light. Cleanliness: 5/5 - Very clean, even in the bathroom. Staff was wearing hats and gloves. They changed the gloves after working the register. Value: 2/5 - The place is not cheap, and they skimp on the proteins. Our two lunches were $35, and they are skimping on the meat? Not good. You get one tiny spoonful. Parking: 5/5 - Massive lot for the mall. No issue. Overall: 3/5 - This could be a much better place if they address the staffing issue. They should hire 2-3 more people for the lunch/dinner shifts and give an extra scoop of protein on each plate. The value just isn't there. This was my first visit. Unless I am visiting at an odd hour when there is no wait, I most likely won't be back because of these issues."
"Accompanied my girlfriend to this new salad spot she’s been enjoying lately. Didn’t know what the fuss was all about but from the moment I walked in I think I understood the appeal. Tons of natural light, pristinely kept, full visibility and transparency to the ingredients, all of them appearing to be fresh. Service was quick and we were in and out in no time. I’m not a major salad person but I enjoyed her, I think she got the guacamole greens. I could se myself going back on my own to find something more up my alley. Oh, also the green goddess ranch dressing is legit, make sure to have some on the side."
