"Getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare. Once inside it took a while to be acknowledged besides “you here for pickup?”. They gave the wrong bread even after we tried to tell them it was wrong. Tried to give the wrong bread for the other sandwich. Even though we got the sandwiches toasted my cheese wasn’t really melted and my meats were cool. They kept talking over us to other people in line behind us. Definitely will not be coming back."

"I placed an order online for buy one get one free at this Subway because it came up as a participating store, however, I was charged for both sandwiches. When I went to Subway for pickup, cashier said they were not a participating store. I asked her could she take one sandwich off my order since I ordered two because I thought the second one was free. She said no she couldn't. Time was of the essence for me so I told the cashier I would take my order. The cashier refused to give me my order even though I paid online for it. I called the next day. There was a different cashier working that day. I explained to her the situation and she said a refund would be put back on my card, $23.88. It's been 10 days and no refund. I called the Subway yesterday and was told the manager is out of the country. I tried calling Corporate but message says they went digital so I left message (written message) as was requested, but as of now, no reply. I will never go to this subways again."

"Ya'll got too many expectations for a Subway. First of all, not many food establishments have one worker at a time. The quality of food is better at almost any deli. They're making a phone call because they don't get actual breaks like you do."
