"If you can handle serving breakfast don't offer breakfast. I waited in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes to be helped. I told them that I was there for a breakfast taco and it was 20 minutes to 11:00 when I said that. They didn't help me till a couple of minutes to 11:00 and by the time we finished placing the order through the app it wasn't accepted because it was after 11:00 a.m. and they claim they weren't going to be able to honor the free breakfast taco. I said I was here for 20 minutes waiting and if you can't order the taco for free on the app just give it to me free you're about to throw out all your breakfast items anyway. The girl on the product line heard me and assembled a quick sausage egg taco. I was appreciative but when I opened it to see what it looked like it was dismal at best."

"The food wasn’t too bad for the most part. The hard shell tacos we got was soggy and sticking to the paper. The door said the inside closed at 11pm but the door was locked shortly 10pm. We went through drive through and ate in the parking lot (can’t eat tacos driving and they would have been cold by the time we got home). I watched about 5 or 6 people pull up to go inside and not be able to get in. Only a couple of them went through drive through and the others just left."

"Best service I had in a while, The cashier Bryan F made funny jokes and overall super nice; which lighten my mood and provided great service. The food was decent but overall best experience. I was a bit skeptical about the place since I read the reviews but I guess it depends on staff or overall mood of the customer and/or the employees. I’ll definitely be coming back there again"

"My family and I were trying to order food and the guy at the register seemed a little lost. I wish I could give 0 stars but I can’t. The service was horrid and so was the food, the food was all cold and I asked them why it was cold and not fresh and they said the heater isn’t working. I asked the other guy to heat it up and they came back with fresh fries. They said that there were multiple managers but in reality Juan was the real manager. In front of all the customers they started to argue with us and Juan the manager said I don’t care about this job nor the customers. All the employees seemed lost as well. They cursed in front of my kids and put a bad impression on the kids and customers. They said if we come back they will call the police when we weren’t in the wrong. Also, I ordered the Doritos locos taco for my son and then purchased it with my money. They then proceeded to tell me that it’s not my order. We were so confused after that and then they gave it to us. The employees started to argue with us even more for NO reason. They said the taco wasn’t ours even though there was like 1 other family here that was about to leave. I wish I could leave 0 stars (again) and will NEVER come back here. Again, poor customer service!!! Very bad! Disappointed!"

"Taco bell chicken wings! This location charges a tiny bit extra on every item I don't know why. But , these chicken wings are surprisingly delectable. I wasn't expecting much. The wings are not flawless, out of 5 only 4 wings came out good.The seasoning was heavy on some wings but light on others... regular taco bell stuff. What matters is that taste. Its good chicken with or without the sauce. The food scientist at taco bell always know how to create a tasty seasoning similar to how the nacho fries are coated in some addictive salty finish. They've done it again with these chicken wings... hopefully they bring them back soon!"
