"I've been a customer for 20 years now, this has gotta be my 2nd least favorite branch. It's always something when I come here. Today though, today takes the cake. I made it withdrawal from the drive-thru, wrote down on my withdrawal slip How I wanted my money back. I didn't get it back correctly how I asked for it, no big deal. I understand people have a lot going on and accidents happen. So I sent $20 back inside so that I could get change for it. What out even asking me what I needed or anything. A different teller told me that I would need to wait because they were helping customers inside at the counter. Then instead of helping me when they could help, they began helping other customers in the drive-thru."
"A pointless waste of time to drive out of my way and the ATM doesn't work. You can't deposit, you can't get cash. Pretty lame for a supposedly financially secure bank."
"I work for ATT Mayfaire in Wilmington NC. I had an elderly gentleman that stated he worked for the board of the credit union for more than 50 years, he called the customer service line to confirm a payment was made to our store due to the bank making reversals on his payment in the past. The customer service rep was extremely rude to him after he confirmed all is information to the rep, the poor gentlemen is 89 years old and showing signs of dementia. Again the rep was extremely rude to him and would confirm his payment. I had to clock out during my lunch and physically drive to the nearest bank and confirm the payment. I type all of this to say “ your customer service rep need more compassion and patience for the elderly customers”. Most of them are alone and came remember the day let own their personal information. The tone and attitude the rep had towards Mr Funderburk was disguising. Do better !!!"

"This bank has absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced. From the tellers all the way to the loan officers. Scott Coggins is an asset to this company. He has always gone above and beyond for me. If I could give this branch more than 5 stars I would. Beth is also wonderful. She also answers the phone with such a pleasant attitude. You cannot find this everywhere."
