"I ordered naan and Nihari, Food came after 30 minutes, Naan was ok , nihari was totally rubbish, Nihari meat was unbreakable , very hard and appeared to be taken out of normal qorma, when I tried to inform management they mentioned that Nihari meat is like that. Service at this place is also below standard."
"I ordered full tray of Biriyani which is over $ 100. I wanted to pick up the order at 5:30pm and they kept me waiting there for more than 30 minutes. There service is terribly poor and just speak to the guy at the counter they made me wait for more than five minutes. They did not even have raita for my order. The food was awfully bad that they prepared it in a hurry since I was waiting there. Absolutely disastrous experience!"
"I ordered a Zinger burger from here and it tasted weird. Besides the chicken being rubbery and tasteless, the bun had mold on it. Absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. I wonder how long the bread had been sitting there. Will never order from here again."
"A decent place for your typical Pakistani dishes and their famous Zinger burger. The place is clean and neat and your order will be made fresh to request.Don't expect much on customer service, the guy at the counter kept glued to his phone when I went in for an order and didn't bother to greet me or even put his phone away to take my order at the earliest. The food is made fresh and is okay but not the best.I did really like their Zinger burger, was of decent size and not too greasy. The Chicken Tikka is also okay but their Naan can be really hard to bite on to.Their economical options makes it a good place for trying out their different curries and barbeques.Overall happy with this place but customer service definitely needs improvement! Please Smile, greet your customers with some enthusiasm and show some professionalism in your service!!!"
"Went on my lunch break and spend almost 30 minutes waiting for my order which apparently their grubhub is not working for two days now, like get it fix or turn it off??? Had to rush to get back to work and try to eat my food at the same time. The zinger Burger was good, the Masala fries was tasteless and I didn't even get to eat my Philly chicken. Overall experience was terrible...don't think I'll be going back to this location. Wasted my lunch hour. And clean the tables! Very disgusting and filthy."
