"5 mins walk from town centre and tram up to the mountains. Nice spacious rooms. Good value for money. Not luxurious but very practical, well located and was exactly what we were looking for."

"If all you’re looking for is a clean place to lay your head for the night, then this is the place for you. Don’t expect much more. Reasonably priced, good location within reasonable walking distance from the main strip, pretty clean for the most part, decent beds, but didn’t have much else to offer. Breakfast was sub par, Room was pretty cold when we arrived and took a while to warm up. Seemed a little outdated. Didn’t have much interaction with staff, but in what I did have, they all seemed friendly. Overall, no major complaints and decently satisfied with our 2 night stay. Would I stay again sometime? Maybe."

"Everything they said about this place was true!! We four adults slept comfortably during our stay. With views to Ober tram on one side and the needle view on the other side and close to everything. This will be my go to hotel for smaller groups. See yall in December 2024, if not sooner."

"Enjoyed our stay there. Very friendly at front desk. We played Uno in lobby in the evening. Breakfast grab and go needs some fresh donuts or bagels. All prepackaged and not appealing. Coffee was good. For the price of a two queen sized bedroom a night at $277.00 needs a better selection for breakfast. Location is close to everything."

"It was okay . We did find a dead roach in our room and it took someone forever to come to clean up. My mom cleaned up because it’s was eye level with my two year old and it had been there for while . Was ask if we wanted to change rooms but no discount off of the room . Cigarette Butts outside of our balcony in the rocks. We were accused of smoking in the room I am a non-smoker and my mom smoked in her car but the manager said she saw us smoking and waited until we checked out to check the room and claimed she saw ashes even though we sweep and clean up The room before leaving. When I called back and questioned her she said “ even if you can prove you wasn’t smoking in the room it’s in findable “ it sucks because I spent many of summer at this hotel as kid on family vacation and I was hoping we could keep the tradition going with my daughter but I will just spend the extra for a AirBnB"
