"Sushi was fresh and delicious. The special roll wasn't overpowered with one flavor and the tuna roll had a great balance of fish to rice. Kani mango salad was great! The ambience was quiet but nice. This is my new go to sushi spotted."

"Today I went to Koiso Japanese Restaurant with my dad for lunch. I ordered the sushi set which had 5 pieces of sushi, tuna rolls, and a miso soup. I also got the white tuna sushi. The atmosphere and service were amazing and the sushi quality is one of the best I’ve ever had so far in the US. The food is quite affordable, the sushi set only cost 12 dollars. So I definitely recommend coming here to try the amazing food if you’re ever in Long Island!"

"The katsu curry is delicious! The spicy roll combo was not worth it, you can’t taste the tuna, can’t taste the yellowtail, can’t taste the salmon. Their wasabi taste like nothing. And their ice cream, 2 balls for $5?! Too expensive. Also their katsu curry price went up."

"Easy to see right off of Westbury Avenue servicing Carle Place and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available. This is a family owned Traditional Japanese restaurant. Asian Patrons which is always a good sign. I'd recommend letting the owner choose the meal for you. Plenty of locals and repeat customers. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back."
