"Ordered a kfc bowl thru the app cause I was promised a free chic sandwich with bowl purchase. Sandwich was not added to bag and bowl tasted like it was a week old. Chicken was like rocks, tough and overcookec Stick with Popeyes Horrible old food"

"I went there this past Saturday 12/23/2023 around 5:00 pm and ordered through the drive through. The person taking the order at the window, who I think is the manager, has a horrible attitude. This is not good coming from someone who is suppose to be in charge. This was not the first time I dealt with him and he was nasty, for no reason. I will be reaching out to the general manager. And the speed of service is terrible."

"The best fried chicken chain! You can never go wrong with KFC! Awesome tasting chicken. Large pieces! The best coleslaw…period! And, fantastic mashed potatoes and gravy! Just GREAT food! I pay extra for all white-meat breasts and worth every penny! The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"I ordered my food and the person I was dealing with was so rude. I left the drive-through line after I ordered. What else do you need to know? Can you find younger people that are respectful that actually want to be there and perform customer service everything so damn expensive I don’t need a plate of verbal abuse with my food please and thank you would be a miracle"

"Drive thru order, difficult to understand the guy taking the order. Had to ask for sauces otherwise I wouldn't have gotten any. Sandwich was on point, nuggets small and soggy. Fries went both ways."
