"I highly recommend Alonzo at Carson Chevrolet. I came from Georgia to buy a Chevrolet Silverado RST American Luxury Coach truck. Their prices can't be beat. "I will no longer do business with Carlson. They were doing so much better than they were a year ago and then they told me that it was normal for a truck with 31,000 miles to creek when turning or going into driveways. I just bought the truck from them a little over a year ago brand new for around $60,000 and it still has the bumper to bumper warranty. They wanted me to pay them to shoot $2 worth of “white lithium grease” in between the leaf springs because “it wasn’t a failure of the leaf springs”, this is a failure of customer service. They then told me it isn’t under warranty because some people would go off roading and then want the problem fixed. I told them that they could clearly look at the truck and tell that I don’t take it off roading and it wasn’t a result of misuse, they had nothing to say. What makes it so bad is I was about to walk out of the service department and buy my wife a suburban that I had just taken for a test drive but I told the salesman that I would no longer do business with them. I will pay someone to fix it but it will not be Carlson Chevrolet. Good luck Carlson, you would make a lot more money by better serving your customers."

Over priced for something you can't even depend on.... bought this in June and it sits in the yard with 30 days tags on it becasue I got it home and it's broke down and won't even crank. These people are crooks"
