"Place was empty. The lady and the manager was too nice. I felt like I have always been coming to this spot for years. I can't speak for rhe other reviews but I am very pleased at the service and the food. Need a little seasoning but ok for a quick bite."

"It's a diner in the Heart of Hempstead. It is what it is. Definitely should not be traveling out of your way to eat here. Food was ok I guess. Staff was friendly. It's one of those spots you tip the lady good because you feel for her/him(atleast I do as I worked in this field from HS into my 20s. So she is basically your waiter, the host, answering the phone, making your drinks, and who knows what else. Look out!"

"Placed an order online for delivery and got a call a few minutes later saying my total was $17 instead of the $15 it said online. I asked why and they said it was the delivery fee. Not only did they lie and added automatic gratuity, the food was straight up terrible. Literally no cream cheese on a $3 bagel… The pictures speak for itself"

"This is one of the very few diners in the area still making quality food. The make the best breakfast in the neighborhood. I enjoy the coffee as well. Nick the owner is a sweetheart. He cares about his customers and understands what it is to stand behind your business. The Greek salad with grilled chicken is delicious and the classic cheeseburger meal for lunch. The bacon egg and cheese is a New York classic here. Make this your first stop when in Nassau County. I miss Nick and this place now that I have relocated."

"I enjoyed the food but honestly the service could be better came in for lunch around 2pm thought it would be busy but only a couple of people inside. Took a seat and noticed they didnt have a wait staff so basically there was only 2 guys running the show behind the bar. Since they were taking orders over the phone and in the kitchen it took about 10min for us to be given a menu. I ordered a Cuban sandwich my wife had a Philly steak and cheese the cook was on quick and got the orders out on time. About average prices for dinners clean place and very bright view. They have nice portraits on the wall and spacious booths. The downside was the amount of time we had to wait due to the fact that they had no wait staff and than to leave had to wait to get the check... this could improve if they get more staff"
