"It shouldn’t deserve a star seriously! Like how this is called a restaurant?! Last Employee behaviour was totally rude ! They directly asked to leave the spot just seconds after we paid our bill, even though i told them give us just 10 minutes. We went as a family of 5 , its not just about food its also about spending some time at the restaurant. They said their customers are waiting, and the way of saying was totally ill mannered & harsh.Is it present customers (our) issue to bother about that their next customer is waiting ? Is this how a business is run? Why dont they set a waiting period/ list then? Its not like we were long hours after hours.. we ordered appetisers and main course together and they brought back to back (even though we asked before we can order after having appetiser but they insisted to order both at the same time) I am not gonna spend a $ in their in future. In fact it was so discourteous I should sue against them perhaps. Because with customers money you guys are still open and i dont want a single customer’s family time get ruined just the way you guys did with us! #Boycottingsagarchinese"

"This used to be our go to spot for family celebrations but quality has gone down over the past few years, the chicken corn soup and hot and sour soup were really good. The lollipop chicken wasn't as good this time around otherwise usually it's also my go to. The rest of the food was average."

"We ordered 3 large trays for my son's birthday party and picked it up in the afternoon from sagar because it was recommended by one of my friends who orders from there quite often. When we opened the vegetable fried rice tray, it was so spoiled and rotten that everyone in my son's birthday party started holding there nose and start coughing when we called they were rude and blamed us for eating after 8 hours of picking up the food. I didn't know that any food could go bad when it's 40 degrees outside. Wouldn't replace the food, wouldn't apologize. He lost his regular customer, plus I'll be sure to call the health department to make sure they don't do this to someone else. Don't ruin your lunch or beautiful function by going to this place.. I have the right place. Terrible food."
