"This is one of the few Popeyes that partly secure their delivery bags. Some of the others just hand it to the delivery drivers wide open!! It’s 2024 customers food should be secured!! I also got an order from Starbucks and the bag was secured!! I don’t understand how the all the Popeyes restaurants can’t adapt this in their Uber delivery service. It’s very sickening to receive an open bag food from a complete strangers. I always avoid ordering from the restaurants that doesn’t secure the bag at all."

"Today I ordered online and suppose to choose my sides on pickup my son addresses the Indian woman worker who says yes skips him to serve another Indian woman who came after him and four more customers. I address her and the manager they didn’t look at the order and keep getting it wrong then finally trying to serve me two sides and drink I never requested. The other customer had to tell the Manager what he should to resolved the matter after messing up the order four time. The chicken was terrible, after arguing to get your order you don’t feel to eat that food anymore. The service here is terrible. Awful tasting food and the service at this branch is terrible. I wasted my money here and I won’t be returning. It’s terrible don’t order online don’t even bother coming to this branch until they clean up their act. It’s that terrible."

"When I first moved to the neighborhood and started going to this Popeyes it was pretty good. It’s steadily gone downhill recently. I’ve been overcharged for orders and missing the biscuit more than once. It’s time to visit another Popeyes chicken because this one is not it even though it’s practically around the corner from me."

"I ordered 5-piece chicken tenders yesterday, and I was told that sauces only come with a meal. They have a sign that says sauces are for chicken tenders and nuggets. Now, what sense does it make for a meal to come with sauces but not chicken tenders. I don't need the sauce for the drink or the fries that come with the meal. People have absolutely no common sense."

"Not that clean...very old looking. The food do not taste good like the other Popeyes located in Hempstead or Baldwin. I will never eat from there again."
