Inn At Great Neck

"My daughter got married last month (at Marina del Ray) and I chose the Inn at Great Neck to accommodate 75 guests from outside of the NYC area. Jennifer N., the Sales Manager, diligently worked to get a fair group rate and she attended to every special request I had - handing out welcome gift bags to guests upon arrival, accommodating charter buses to transport guests to our venue, a customized menu for the post wedding breakfast brunch that we had at the Inn at GN. Staff were friendly and competent, and the hotel decor was lovely and clean! But a special acknowledgement goes out to Jennifer N; I would highly recommend this hotel and ask for Jennifer - she's a gem!!"

"Jennifer Noguera was wonderful to deal with for reserving our room for our brunch right after our daughter’s wedding. The room reservation process was seamless for our block of rooms and the hotel was very nice. The person at the front desk when we arrived on Saturday evening, however, was a bit difficult, and so we were not impressed by that, however, the valet gentlemen and the rest of the staff were wonderful. Definitely recommended but think their front desk person might need a bit more training"

"We received a warm welcome, the Art Deco theme is lovely and thoughtful. Our room 516 was spotless and housekeeping Great. Great location for travelling further afield. Will definitely return. Thanks for a great memory."

"Beautiful boutique hotel close to the main street with valet parking. Note: The restaurant and bar are managed separately and it’s not that great. I ordered a martini during happy hour and was charged $20. When the next morning I noticed the sign outside that advised drinks priced much less than that!"

"I just want to say that I had an issue with the ac when I first arrived. Felix addressed the issue right away. He would even welcome us back when we would return in the evening. Roy, the engineer, fixed the ac quickly and is very sweet! Felix even followed up the next day to see if my night had been better which I appreciated. They arranged shuttle service and Carson the driver was very sweet, patient and punctual. I needed creamers for my coffee but I didn’t want to go back downstairs to get it, Dillon brought up the creamers quickly without making me feel bad for asking. Paul, the gentleman at check in, was very kind and able to accommodate whatever we needed in order to make our stay as pleasant as possible. It may be an older hotel, but the customer service is BETTER than any modern hotel I’ve ever been to in my travels. I would come back just because of the customer service. I hope I captured everyone’s name correctly. Thank you again!"
