Red Lobster

"This has to be the nastiest red lobster I’ve been to. It was so dirty. When we were seated it took over 30 mins for them to ask us what we wanted to drink even then they didn’t bring out biscuits. Although we should have left we ordered our food which took over 45 mins. When received it wasn’t even warm. Terrible. My advice go else where !"

"My experience at Red lobster valley stream didn’t go well as planned with my family. The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant not being crowded. The lemonade my daughter order was too sweet and the glass that was used to serve the wine I ordered was dirty, I had to request for the manager to see it but he never apologized, he was just looking at me until I requested for another wine in a clean glass. My daughter ordered Burger but the waitress came to let us know the Burger is finished. The floor was dirty and that was irritating. I hope that’s not how all branches of Red lobster restaurant looks dirty."

"This location is not one of the best of the chain. Service was slow, considering it was not that crowded. It took close to 45 minutes to an hour to receive the food. I ordered a 2 combination and received the fish after the main plate came out. It lacked favor and no thought to presentation (not expecting 5☆ quality but pleasing to the eye). The drinks were below average. Only there for someone's birthday. (Picky eater). I most likely will not be returning there, to say the least."
