"Before I ordered on door dash, I called them and said that it’s not giving me the option to select chicken breast. The person on the phone said place the order and call back. I called back ordered the white meat and gravy on the rice. The order comes it has gravy on the rice but dark meat. When I called back I explained to the person on the phone what had happened and she said I would have to pay extra. Mind you I order this all the time and never pay extra. The money was not the problem, the guy the answered the first time should have said so instead of insuring me that my order will be correct. Then she said she couldn’t take it back. They lost a good one. I order a least 3 to 4 times a week"

"It’s really disgusting how they do you. The food is good, but you should never burn a bridge with a good customer. I won’t be back. Integrity is everything I’ll go to smokehouse from now on at least they do me, right"

"I Will say the food is good, however u offer cabbage or plantanos with out stating there is an extra charge. The very least u can do is give me what I paid for."

"The young lady at the counter was very sweet and accommodating. Food from here was just what my life needed in that moment. We ordered the Jerk pork, Oxtail with rice and peas, cabbage and mac n cheese. Caribbean flavor through and through. I also purchased the bun and cheese. So fragrant and delicious as well."

"Oxtail with Mac and cheese is great but stick with the small size, not sure if the "large" size is really worth it. Pickup section is to the left. Be patient, it is slow but worth the wait. Have your order info ready besides just your name. Their soup is great too but it's not always available. Jerk chicken is not spicy or anything so I avoid it."
