"The worst place. No matter how much you talk to them to ask for help, they ignore you, since the sandwiches they have on the screen have nothing to do with those on their on-screen menu. Those who serve have the worst attitude. There is no way to know if someone is already working on your order and they take forever for airport service. Bad experience. Avoid eating here. It seems like they're doing you a favor."
"Avoid this place at all costs. Everyone knows that airport food is a scam, but this place takes it to a new level. I was fooled by the long line outside of this “restaurant” during my short layover at JFK, so I assumed it had to be good. It was also fried chicken; how badly can they mess that up? First, you have to order on an automated machine where you’re asked if you want a paper receipt or an email receipt. I requested a paper receipt since I was on a business trip and didn’t receive one. When I brought this up to the woman working there, she was tremendously dismissive — she ignored me and walked away. The man in front of me paid $5 for slaw, and they gave me a ketchup-sized container of slaw; it was appalling. He complained, and the woman said she didn’t know. “That’s what the kitchen gave me,” she added. I paid extra for fries and got maybe ten fries. My chicken sandwich was horrible. I'd rather eat at Dunkin’ next time."
