"What many people go to realize is Shake Shack isn't your typical fast food place, so it's not going to be done in 45 seconds to 2 minutes it takes time. They do have the touch screen order screens. I went to the counter because everybody else was going to the counter, but it did not seem there were enough people working the counter. there were more people in the back. The avocado bacon burger was great, so were the fries and mango lemonade. Side note you can't claim at 10:30 closing if you're not allowing customers in the after 9:00 p.m."
"I ordered 3 WELL DONE cheeseburgers with lettuce & tomatoes. As you see the burger is FAR from well done. All 3 burgers was half cooked"
"I’ve been to this shake shack a few times. I love the chain and frequent other locations. This location is often not to busy, but they lack attention to detail and warm customer service. I received my chicken shack without pickles and they always forget my herb mayo on the side. For me, it’s the little things and they fall short here. The food taste good, but the customer service could be better. Also, you should leave the water cups by the water tap."
"i was refused to use the restroom (bathroom) untill I pay for the order by the employees here at shakeshack in Jamaica Avenue. It was an emergency situation for me to use the bathroom and i was not in the situation to stay in the long line so long, but still i stood for my turn. The dining table says “stand for something good” but the company has failed to teach its employee “bathroom is basic human need”. By the way their burgher is unnecessarily overrated and paying so much for the low quality food us i sane."
"Tried this place for the first time today. Place was clean. Staff were professional. Took my order very quickly when I ordered in person. My order was ready in 10 minutes and it was accurate. The shack burger, chicken sandwich, and fries were excellent, but the triple chocolate milkshake not so much. The restroom was mostly clean. No complaints really. 5 stars."
