"To be honest, just give the water. People pay tip for a paper bowl & no water service. Stop cutting corners & just give a nice bowl and give water. The stress of telling every new customer they don’t get water & that tip is mandatory is not worth that bit you save in not giving water bottles. Also, the hidden charges, just be upfront bro. People already came and got seated. They won’t leave if they know garlic chips & spicy oil cost $2 each. They just won’t get it. It’s not a smart business model to try to squeeze every ounce of profit margin since you don’t get much customers. Focus on retention. Your place is always empty compared to the stores next to you."
"The Ramen and the Takoyaki Octopus Ball were really tasty. The portion for Ramen was the right amount. They are also nice. We don’t eat pork so its hard to pick a ramen that will taste good but they took their time to suggest us what to take. It was a good experience in Ramen Jin. Definitely going back."
"My husband and I stopped jn for ramen after our really bad massages a few doors down. The ramen was the life I needed after that ordeal. I had the spicy shoyu and my husband had the tonkatsu. We also had gyoza and chocken karaage. I recommend all of it! If I wasnt stuffed full I probably would have tried more. I wish I lived closer to go back today. Even my husband said he kept craving more after. 100% great local spot"
"LOVED the flavor! I got the tonkotsu ramen with garlic crisps & pork buns! Very secluded and we were able to enjoy our food in a relaxed atmosphere. Can’t wait to return!"
"Not bad but not good either. They don't provide you with any water so you have to order drinks for sure. The soup broth is alright, but the ramen itself is terrible. Feels like it was just brought from supermarket, skinny, dull, very flat texture. Chicken karaage is a joke, breading has no taste and look at the size of the portion !"
