"The server taking the order continues to not understand English. My family has been ordering here for years and it is getting worse. She gets the order wrong and when you call her back she is beyond rude insisting you made the mistake. Management have done nothing to correct her behavior. She has zero customer service skills as she continues to make mistakes. Hiring someone who actually speaks and understands English would change their rating. They also take very long to deliver."

"This place used to consistently serve quality, fresh Chinese food. They have hit rock bottom. The food they served me today was poor in quality (preparation), and spoiled (rotten). I will be calling the "Health Department" to file a complaint!"

"Standard flavor profile. Food was hot upon arrival. Driver called before he was on the block to ensure I was outside to pick up and pay quickly. Chicken was plentiful in the chicken noodle soup and there was a lot of chicken in the chicken broccoli entree. Spring rolls had lots of vegetables. Overall pleased. Will order again from them."

Great service, and I even learned the proper usage of Chinese language, as I was using some of the words incorrectly. Friendly and kind service. I wish they accepted Credit cards, because it would be much easier to order that way!"
