"I went with my friends with high expectations after reading all the reviews. Upon entering, the place looked more like a dive despite being newly opened. However, I did not mind because I was there for the food. The oyster, which was recommended by the server, was terrific, so we eagerly waited for the rest. The food from the sushi bar was ok. Then, another 20 min after came the lobster fried rice. It was good. But the snow crab was not served. After everyone else had eaten and finally being able to flag down a server, they realized they had forgotten the order. When the crab was finally served, it was overcooked and rubbery. What's worse, the man, who I think was the owner, was barely apologetic. The other owner, maybe his wife, tried to offer us complimentary drinks, but the experience was already ruined. What's worse, they were not even busy! The food was okay but because of the horrible experience, it made the food feel less appealing. I hate writing bad reviews, but my friends and I, expecting a pleasant evening, were disappointed and left with a bad taste in our mouths."

"I have not even tasted the food yet. But I ordered my food online and went to pick it up, and they did not get the order. I am on a business trip so I was not in any rush. They seated me at a table while I waited and began to bring samples out to me as a sign of customer service mistake. I was blown away by this. Awesome customer service."

"Friend took me here and i had snow crab and two beers for $30 and sushi deluxe. Typical frozen seafood. They served pretty decent amount of crab. Sushi is bit smaller sizes."

"The menu is not very detailed, but the food was delicious. The lobster fried rice was really good. The lobster by the pound came with mussels, corn, and crab. The stir-fry option sauce was amazing. The steamed snow crab was absolutely delicious with the butter. All the seafood was so fresh and the staff were really attentive."
