"Clear pack of staff on duty when queuing to order, the supervisor comes walking along the concourse, approaches and starts telling the staff, "burgers only" I'm not doing this, whilst turning the two self service tills around so people have to order manually. She then walked off leaving the 3 members of staff who were actually working wondering what to do, the staff member bringing orders together and handing them to customers quite rightly said to the others, if I take orders I can't prep them too. Horrendous treatment of a supervisor towards staff instead of maybe reducing the auto till to one, and actually helping them! We ordered two impossible burger combos. The only thing impossible about that burger was to make it any drier! Given the price I'm served a plain dry patty in a stale bun, with unseasoned chips. If you aren't going to season at least provide sachets in the bag. I can't fault the staff that were on, this is a clear issue of poor management trying to rip people off at the cost of the well being of staff. If you don't have the staff to run the store efficiently and safely given the price point, just don't open it. I would say avoid, but given the captive audience within the terminal, don't have high expectations"

"Where else can you go that excites you at the prospect of getting a burger that looks nothing like the one in the picture? Dry chicken burger although I did enjoy the spice level of the honey mustard or relish they used. Good chunky sized fries. A decent sized drink. Cashier got annoyed cause a couple people didn't get their order when their name was called so she decided to yell at everyone who was waiting instead of targeting the individuals who forgot. Didn't phase me, it's New York!"

"For a small terminal with limited dining options, this place is actually not that bad. Single patty burger is decent size. Combo comes with fries and drinks, I think. Order takes few minutes get ready, even though there’s no rush. I liked the bread, patty and cheese, but toppings are disappointing. Grilled onion was cold in mine. It’s also super expensive, but so are all nearby places."

"I ordered the cheeseburger and chicken tenders. The burger had ZERO taste! I mean nothing. Granted, it did come with a side of sauce. But without the sauce it NO FLAVOR. I mean literally none. I saw some customers ahead of me, asking for packets of salt and pepper, but I thought they were just being weird. Little did I know that I should have also grabbed some before leaving. I only give this to stars instead of one because the chicken tenders were pretty good. I mean you can’t really screw those up. But the burger was absolutely flavorless. Even with onions, lettuce, pickles and relish. You have to cover it in sauce to get any flavor."
