"2 Employees too busy talking amongst themselves at the register to help customers. Two more employees standing talking in the back as well. I ask for a receipt, she says I can’t print one as a receipt comes out of the printer which she grabs and puts in the register drawer, so the printer obviously works. If they didn’t have a captive audience they would be out of business."

"This place has the best options in terminal eight. They had fresh fruit salad and an eggplant Panini. They also had bananas and cookies so in general some really good healthy options. I recommend this over the other two places just because you get a Variety. They also have really big fresh muffins, croissants, yogurt, cookies, and even fresh french fries. Honest and friendly. Love their eggplant panini extra hot pressed."

"Very low quality and not worth at all. They show you a sign with fresh coffee for $1.45, then when you ask, they don’t have and you have to pay at least $3.5 for a very low quality tea!"

"Just PATHETIC… Has nothing cooked based on menu, Not even simple potato chips on racks, water advertised for $1.49 and sold at $3.99.. chips packet $6. Asked to heat my crosswind and literally he put in Owen for couple of seconds.. wasn’t warm at all, Based on location right off of the terminal junction, it is poorly stocked and maintained … The cheese danish was stale and bad the very next day."

"I asked for an everything bagel and got a plain roll instead. It was slim and there was barely enough cream cheese. This cost over $9 because I asked for scallion cream cheese, which cost $2 extra. The staff is clearly tired and underpaid, and needs to be treated better as well as a better supplied. They were fast and efficient nonetheless. It’s sad that a tourist passing through JFK will think this is what a NYC bagel is. The roll I got was still tasty, just disappointing."
