"Favorite Halal food truck so far… I have yet to find one that I like more. The food is seasoned very well which immediately stood out to me as I took my first bite. Food quality is best during the day. Their falafel style is different from what I have tasted anywhere else- it is much better. Wait time is long, which is understandable as this truck is popular. Sometimes you can see the stress on the guys face, please be kind and say hello, please and thank you. Some customers have no manners."
"This guy ripped us off. I asked it he took cards and he said yes. Then charged me $10 for every plate instead of $7/8 like the menu said. When I asked why my bill was $45 instead of $28 he said because with card he charges everything at $10. Seemed like he made that rule that day at that time. He never mentioned it before or had it written anywhere. I also told him to just charge my plate on my card and he charged all of my friends plates on it. He is a scammer. Beware if you plan to pay with credit card!"
"There are 2 Guys on separate nights who seem miserable with themselves as they don't ever listen to your order details, I wish I knew their names to post. There are some rude customers that shout their orders from the back of the line and the cart employee starts preparing it for them mind you the customers in line before that individual hasn't even placed their order yet. The food quality after 8 pm is trash. I wonder what takes them so long having you stand in line for 20+ minutes waiting for hard stale meat especially the lamb. The owner of this cart needs to train the employees to better handle the job. There is no other cart in Queens where you stand in line for 20 minutes and go home to stale food, that's just ridiculous. Soon I will start returning their stale food back to them and ask them if they'd eat something like that."
"I've been coming to this cart for 8 years and over the 8 years, I would say that the quality would be all over the place. Some of the guys working the cart would make the food really good, and some of the guys working this cart would make the food okay. Nowadays, the food falls in the "okay" category. The food here is never bad per say, but it's definitely not the best you can get in Queens. I visited this cart recently for the first time in months and noticed that the portions were definitely smaller than I remember, and a combo platter was $9 now. I'm not gonna bash them for the smaller portions/higher prices as inflation is hurting everyone. Even though the food here isn't all that, you'd be pressed to find another place serving halal food past 1 in the morning. If it's late at night and most restaurants are closed, you can count on this place to be open. Because of that factor alone, I gave this place 4 stars instead of 3. Like most carts, they don't accept credit cards so cash only."
