Reviews of Kobe Ramen
"Food is delicious and served fresh with delivery. Service is friendly. I highly recommend.?"
"The meat was tough, the soup was cold. I felt nauseous afterwards. I might call the NYS Dept of Health. The windows are disgusting and covered with pigeon feces"
"The ramen was good for the price, and some of the appetizers were good. The place though is kinda dirty, as there was a cockroach we saw, and the place didn’t look to be that clean. The service wasn’t too bad as the food was prepped quick and came out well. Some of the appetizers were obviously frozen food like the shrimp dumplings. The ramen was quite tasty and the chicken was juicy and soft, so it’s not terrible ramen, and definitely not a really bad place for some ramen."
"This place has seriously gone downhill. It used to be amazing - see the first photo of when I ordered a year ago. However, the quality has since dropped with every order I’ve placed. See the second photo of a more recent order I’ve received. The difference is stark. My order today was the last straw (order not pictured). I received a bowl with an obviously smaller portion of food, extremely thin slices of chicken, and barely any sauce. I understand times are tough, but customers are obviously going to be upset when they’re getting less quality for the same price. I might have to find a new place, unfortunately. It’s just not worth it anymore"
"My girl and I were in the mood for ramen. We dined in and were disappointed. The restaurant was cold and we had to wear jackets to comfortably eat. The restaurant was clean. We started with the Scallion Pancake which came with BBQ sauce. The pancakes were good but we were confused why it came with BBQ sauce. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen. The flavors were good but the ramen was cold. My girlfriend had the Gyu-Ramen. She liked it as well, however it was also cold."
