"The best Halal I have found in Queens. I always look forward to the generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the kind welcome and farewell I receive from Saleemi who owns and operates this food truck."
"This is the only certified zabiha (hand slaughtered) halal cart in NYC and Alhamdulillah it's very good. I had the chicken over rice, it was delicious Alhamdulillah and the white sauce is amazing! Reasonably priced for zabiha halal meat. The soda choices can be better though."
"Despite some people saying quality went down, I got two platters and I enjoyed them a lot. Chapli, Kofta, and chicken was really good and well seasoned. The rice was fluffy and tasted fine, nothing too crazy. The sauces stood out and were very good and felt very refreshing."
"I used to order from them very often when I lived close by. The food tastes fairly good yet there were some quality control concerns. A few times I found my food spoiled already. One time my kofta meatloaf was totally unfit for eating. I still like the place but just give you guys some heads-up."
"Moved from Brooklyn to Queens last year and I feared that I would not find a good Halal food spot. Tried this food once and was instantly hooked. I eat their once or twice a week. This is afghani food made by true afghani people. the flavor is out of this world. the portions are huge and the best part is their Service. They greet their customers with a smile and are happy to serve this community. Must Try their Mix over rice. You will not be disappointed."
