"Wow this place has gone downhill. It's kinda sad actually because it used to be a nice store. It's in a constant state of disarray. Some shelves are jam packed with damaged items while others are empty with stuff on the floor lookin like a stampede ran thru em. The prices aren't great either. Is this no longer a discount place? One package of instant oatmeal was $1.99 and the same packages in a different flavor were $6! Several items I found are cheaper elsewhere. I only come here to check out the seasonal holiday stuff and small furniture."

"Just before Halloween, I was in your store and had an issue with something I was going to purchase. Your associate Trevor was very friendly and patient and the issue was taken care of almost immediately. Big Lots of Copiague is very lucky to have him working there."

"Cashier nor the manager were able to process my $5 off $15 dollar purchase reward. I waited at least 15 minutes with no rational answer as to why the reward was unable to be honored."
