"Not sure what this disgruntled reviewer named Mel is talking about in his review of this food establishment. Every staff member I have met and dealt with, whether in person or over the phone has been nothing but gracious, polite and respectful to their customers. Quite obviously this guy has nothing better to do than to review places and give them bad raps. Pretty sure they don’t need people like you in their establishment."

"Have ordered from them before and have always been satisfied. Tonight was completely different. Ordered through Grubhub which we’ve always done. When the order hadn’t arrived after an hour I called them. No apologizes given and was told it was on the way which was true because it did arrive within minutes after hanging up. I can forgive an occasional late delivery. However as expected the food was ice cold. The order wasn’t even completely right. I did not order a double patty burger combo but that’s what I got. I ordered it with a side of mozzarella sticks and got macaroni and cheese instead. We also ordered 2 burnt brisket end combos which are normally delicious but not tonight. It was all grizzle and fat. Extremely disappointed with the service and food tonight and will think twice before ordering from them again."

"(4.8/5 rating) Lemon pepper is def my favvv. The Sweet Chili Sauce & Stinging Honey Garlic Sauce is Super good ! The teriyaki is okay- I prefer the other flavors. The mac & cheese is plain, but it compliments the wings. The onion rings were really good as well ! & the customer service was really TOP! I’ve gone twice & will continue to try their menu!"

"I ordered the $15 combo of a cheesesteak with mozzarella sticks and a burnt ends grill cheese. The cheesesteak I give it a 7.3/10 could have a little bit more flavor but over not bad mozzarella sticks can’t mess that up 7.5/10. Then we have the burnt end grill cheese at first I tried it without bbq sauce decent 7.5/10 with the bbq sauce 8/10 definitely recommended it with bbq sauce very good. The grill cheese takes the win in my books definitely would be coming back for the grill cheese and to try other things."

"This is a new addition to the neighborhood, been open approximately 4 months. The inside is a little small, but that’s not a deal breaker in anyway. Usually people just take their order to go. They had a cook in the back and a cleaning person and what I assume is a family member of the owner of the place, everyone was very friendly, 5/5 no complaints here. Now the best part, I had the Cheese Steak and a side of fries and an appetizer of Cajun wings. The cheese steak was very messy as the cheese inside was melted and runny, the fries were like wedge fries (thick), and the wings were a dry Cajun rub. Flavor wise, this cheesesteak is probably the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had and I’ve had cheese steaks in many places. The fries were good, not the best I’ve had but very good. The wings were a bit too “powdery”, needed water with it, although flavor wise it was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if you want good food. Oh and lastly, I’ve had the milkshake here, it was OK."
