"Came here on Saturday January 20th around 9pm. I’ve been so busy so i didn’t get a chance to leave a review but this is much needed! SERVICE: waiter was overly attentive until we ordered a small meal then didn’t come check on us at all. Didn’t come by once to even ask if we were okay or if we needed anything. He seemed pretty chatty with all of his other Spanish speaking customers but we won’t talk about that. FOOD: cake out rather quickly .. ordered a whole chicken with rice and beans … which it was all COLD. Chicken was dry and just wasn’t a pleasant meal …. However i did pay $8 for a sliver of cheesecake that was actually really good. But the portion was tiny . I’ve eaten at other Pollo Mario establishments and this one was a bust. I’ve never felt like an outcast or treated like one till eating here…… Def won’t be coming to this location again."

"This place looked nice as we drove thru queens, and we were hungry so we decided to stop, the food was good, the service friendly and I enjoyed it although I had better bit definitely worth another shot at it, so I will come back to try different choices"

"It was my first time at this place, and honestly, the food was very disappointing. I've been in different restaurants of the same chain, and that was the first one that disappointed us. The lack of flavor in every dish was missing big time. Our server was absent most of the time, and when my Mom asked a question, he answered her, raising his voice as if he was mad or something. We will never come back and definitely will not recommend it to anyone."

"Gone here to eat on May 12, 2022 with my friend. Good place to eat with family and friends. My dinner was very delicious. The portion was huge. This was enough for two people. The waiter wonderful. When crowded can be a bit under staff. This place gets very crowded for dinner. Been here about five times. Will definitely come again to eat. Thank you for a good dinner!"
