"Waited about 5 minutes upon entering with no seating host so my husband and I left. Circled around to different restaurants to find too long of a wait. Came back to BWW to find no seating host again for another 5-8 minutes. We were seated, got our order taken, and waited a while longer till we stormed out due to seeing A RAT running around. VERY POOR service, understaffed, and downright DISGUSTING. NEVER returning to this location ever again."
"I just wanted a beer and wings with my food… and the bartender didn’t inform the server that the beer I wanted was out until after we got the appetizer and wings… now I’m waiting for my beer after having a sample waiting ANOTHER 10-20 minutes just to end up getting a beer with the foam head the size of my hand… this lady was rude and ruined my experience here. My wings got cold so I just decided to leave. They need to find better staff that don’t have attitude issues."
"Excellent place to watch the Sunday night football with TV screens surrounding every corner. And it wasn't crowded. I wasn't a big fan of the boneless wings, but the traditional wings were bussin... feel free to order two rounds of the Parmesean topping. Aramis was a delight to have a waiter. Accommodating with to-go cups and gives an honest suggestion of tasteful flavor"
