"Everyone here was so kind, the food and service was excellent. Bathroom was very clean, and the prices are awesome. One of the staff even patiently let me practice my limited Spanish with her. I have a week here, and I’m probably coming here for breakfast as often as possible."

"Attentive Management and servers ensure a tasty meal of an assortment of Carribean/Dominican cuisine ordered from dishes seen though glass. I'm not too keen on the breakfasts because I prefer scrambled eggs rather than fried eggs. But then it would be difficult to keep my preference above those of the constant flow of patrons walking through the door. So I adapt. My only suggestion to the staff is that leafy green vegetables be offered to accompany anything from their beef, fish, pork, goat and chicken entrees. Good food and generous portions are both nutritious and affordable. I will continue to dine at La Cuesta... without any thought of being on a slippery slope."
