"Food is good; BUT their customer service is non-existent. All the times I've called & ordered food for delivery, SOMETHING goes wrong (btw I've ordered in Spanish so it's not like they don't understand)... missing food or drinks (had to send the delivery guy back), not to mention the order took 1+hr (I had to call & ask where's the food).... I remember I called on July 4th to order food & the music was so darn loud, the guy couldn't hear me on the phone (not to mention he sounded a bit drunk).... best I'd recommend is to walk in to order, or eat-in."
"The place smells so weird, summer time and no a/c, they take so long to serve a table and after don't stop by at all. Food not good at all. Not a good Spanish food."
"I have been on a hunt for a good Honduran restaurant in NYC for almost 2 years. So far I have been very disappointed until I encountered El Lempira. It was phenomenal!! It was like I had traveled back to my home town and was eating at my grandmas dinner table. I can’t express how pleased I was to find a great restaurant that captivated the Honduran flavor. Will be coming back!!"
"I guess this place is more of a bar than an actual eating restaurant. The environment is spacious but not very appelaing. The food and drinks available (non acholic) were very limited they hardly had anything. The food was descent (the pupusa is better). Our waitress confused our orders and to top it off we were served expired horchata. Not the best place to eat but neither the worst"
