"DONT GO!!!! Expensive and bad food and worse service. One of the worst restaurants I've ever visited."
"I don't like writing reviews but I wanted to do it to see if people can improve their attitude in that place and food is a little late-night is not fresh, The attitude of how things prepare and serve is very bad.. Muy mal servicio y actitud de la persona que atiende"
"Won’t ever buy here again and if you have any self respect you wouldn’t ether. I never leave google reviews. NEVER. But today’s experience was so disgusting that I felt I must leave a review. Went in to get my wife an iced coffee and said I wanted a “cafe frio”. The older heavier set lady ( who already had an Attitude) said yes but proceeded to make me a hot coffee. I kindly told her I actually asked for a cafe frio ( iced coffee ) by the way I was not upset about what happened nor did I give her attitude when pointing out her mistake. She became upset and start saying in Spanish “ you did not ask for an ice coffee you asked for a cafe (coffee)” she proceeded to turn to her co workers and say “ did he ask for an ice coffee?? Because he didn’t. He asked for a cafe. You never asked for an iced coffee”. Her co workers did not answer her and continued working. This was all in front of customers and it was busy. A lady next to me looked at me in horror as this lady, who is in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business, basically berated me in front of ordering customers, over a misunderstanding that I was not even mad about. Embarrassed I told her it was fine. And she said “ ah bueno” as if to say you better. And gave me the hot coffee. I again asked her for the iced coffee and she made it. She stepped away and without even looking at me as if I was her annoying child told me the straws are over there and didn’t even bag the new coffee for me, I had to put it in the bag with the hot coffee. This isn’t the first time she has been nasty with people as I see from the reviews. Yet she continues to work there. Says a lot about this business. This behavior should not be tolerated. I will be going in every single day in the morning until I speak to the manager about this ordeal. Moral of the story is don’t come here because they obviously do not care about customer treatment for her to feel this comfortable treating people this way. This is the last time I ever give 1 dollar to this establishment and I will be sure to advise anyone who asks me about the place to not go there as well because it’s obviously poorly ran."
"Mom & Pop establishment serving up Latino snacks from South and Central America. Super affordable and incredibly tasty! Friendly staff!"
"Small colombian restaurant on a busy corner. There is 2 separated section - one for food and another one for pastries. Food looks groggy and greasy, like food were waiting too long for the eater and got tired. The pastries are traditional colombian selection in New York: pan de queso and buñuelos. Pasties is ok, coffee is ok. Everything is ok, just very plain and basic. If you want to find something more tasteful, really abundant, try different places."
