"Last night my husband Todd and I stayed at the Owl's Perch and loved it! Our first time in an Airbnb and it was great! Very clean and very cute! Alice, our host, was very friendly and helpful! She gave us brochures on the things we'd like to do in the area and gave us many good tips ! We slept with the windows open and listened to the river outside the cabin. We also had our mountain bikes with us and very much enjoyed riding our bikes on the roads near the Owl's Perch! Would enjoy staying there again! Thanks Alice!"
"The owls perch is a beyond an amazing stay overlooking God's beautiful work!!! My soon to be husband and I brought in the new year here!! The warm and wonderful hospitality made us feel more like family than tourists!! Alice, Doug and their pup skippy were simply amazing and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! Alice even mapped everything for us to go adventure and see!! We can't wait to return to the little slice of heaven!!!!"
"10 out of 10! The Owls Perch is an amazing yet adventurous cabin nestled just over Squally Creek. Alice and Doug with their 13yo dog are amazing as well. They keep the place clean, they are more than accommodating, and just perfect people to hang out with if you wanted to. The drive there is worth the stay. Off the beaten path awaits your heavenly stay in the woods. Have fun! All pictures were taken around the surrounding area."
"Alice, Doug and Skippy were such wonderful hosts! Absolutely loved our stay there and can't wait to go back again. Like the others have mentioned, reaching the Owl's Perch requires you to drive a little on graveled road. However, Alice gave us detailed instructions on how to get there and we did not face any problems following them. The location of the house makes it all worth the drive! :) We found a dog on the way that we thought was lost (silly us!) but turned out she likes roaming around nearby - Doug and Alice were kind enough to accommodate her and make sure we got her back home. We stayed there for 2 days and the breakfast was heavenly! Alice also ensured that we got maps of the area and gave us tips of places to visit nearby. Skippy is adorable and one of the gentlest dogs I've ever met. He's such a sweetheart! :) Like I said earlier, can't wait to go back :)"
"Alice and Doug define bed and breakfast hosts. They are simply the best. The Owls Perch is a perfect accommodation for those who don't need the excess space and cost of a full cabin rental. It's got a view and surrounding that would be hard to replicate. The tiny house is extremely clean and decorated with premium rustic decor specific the the area. I can't say enough about how cool this place is. So much that I'm going to purchase my own spot up there, so we can visit more often."
