"The best Thai restaurant in queens or maybe even NYC! It is a cozy little restaurant with delicious food. The servers are extremely kind and treat you like family. After years of always passing by I decided to try it for the first time and I am so glad I did. I love their drunken noodles and basil fried rice."
"One of the best and most authentic Thai restaurants in New York City. A true hole in the wall, unassuming and simple restaurant with incredibly delicious authentic Thai food We had 5 dishes among 4 of us and then ordered another dish. Crispy duck bathed in Penang curry sauce as our “dessert” and it turned out to be our very favorite. We also loved the Mango salad with crispy soft shell crab. So well balanced with pristine. Soft shell crab. My least favorite was the pork satay but the others liked it. We loved the stewed pork leg in tamarind sauce And the knam khao Tod - a board special of crispy rice salad with Thai sauce. Honestly although delicious, the khao Tod from lotus of Siam in Las Vegas remains the benchmark favorite of crispy rice salads. Still it’s a dish that is often hard to find and we enjoyed every bite of the 6 dishes we inhaled"
"Its “ Jungle Curry” is the best and most authentic in Town. Love it. Try crispy duck salad. You won’t regret it. Most satays are too sweet for me."
"The reason can’t move out from Queens was all the Asian goodies food.. Chao Thai is one of authentic Thai restaurants.. their tonzap is my goto soup.. you can’t get the taste in any other place. The Tomzap super."
"Amazing soft shelled crab curry!!!! And we also got slow cooked pork leg - also quite yummy! Hole in the wall type place, super low key. Thai tea with milk also great."
