"I ordered a crunch wrap with extra meat and extra cheese, which isn’t cheap, received neither and I said easy on the sour cream which they over loaded. My mothers food did not come out right either and the skinny black guy behind the counter (only way to identify as I did not catch his name) with the attitude when I tried to order at the front and his team, a short ish blonde girl, did not make the food properly though my order was close to 40. Will not go here again."

"This location is one of the best in the 5 boroughs. I had placed a rather large order (over 16 items) and it was made within minutes, had everything included and was very nicely packaged. Great crew working here!"

"I'm not sure why this restaurant provides such terrible food and/or service. I do have my suspicions about why this place is run so poorly, but I will hold that opinion for another time. From my experience, this restaurant has the following issues: stale food, wrong order, or too little food. After the last order, I had to make a review because of how stale and terrible the food was. As vegans, if they aren't giving me cheese or chicken by "accident," even though I didn't specify that in my order, they are giving us food that seems to be sitting there for days. I see the other poor reviews from other customers, I hope this can get the required attention. So that the workers and managers can increase the standards of this restaurant."
