"They gave me a cold pizza! The pizza here is good, but I ordered a pie to pick up and I got there a little early so I was waiting for about 5 minutes because my pizza wasn’t ready. They gave me a cold pizza, literally room temperature, congealed cheese and everything. I was so shocked and disappointed. The only explanation I can think of was they didn’t want me waiting so they gave me a pie they had sitting out rather than keep me waiting for the fresh pie to come out of the oven. I don’t know why they would do that, though, I would have rather waited for a hot pizza."

"A wonderful family run place where they get to know their customers by name whether talking to them in person or taking an order over the phone. The food is delicious and we’ve always had a good experience eating here. Parking isn’t the best, but it’s worth negotiating the hassle of parking for good eats. You can always have them deliver if you are concerned with parking. It’s nice to be appreciated for your business and better still when the food is terrific. There are plenty of local choices for pizza; many of which don’t make you feel like they take pride in their work and appreciate your business. Well done Villaggio!
