"First off I don't like the attitude of the staff. I've gone here about 6 times. I give stores a chance instead just in case of it being a 1 off issue 1 staff. Bare minimum be regular. Additionally be nice. Secondly. It defeats the purpose for me to order ahead and then have to wait 10 minutes for you to hand me the pick up after I tell you pick up. Might as well order inside. Be more effecient."
"I walked in the store no one else was in there but the two employees. Neither one of them spoke to me even though I stood there for 2 minutes, then walked to the counter. They said something to each other in another language besides English. When I walked to the counter, the guy just stood there and looked at me. He didn't say hello, welcome, ask me what I wanted or anything. I said hello how are you guys doing today?" Him in the other gentleman who walked to the back of the store said "Oh yes, we were talking about the way you are dressed and your bag". He finally made my sandwich. I did get 1 sandwich, even though I went for 2. Because they didn't have the items that I wanted. Once he rang me up, he didn't tell me the price. I had to look and see what it was. I handed in the money. He didn't even give me a bag from my items. He then went to the next customer, who was a man. Who he says"Hello, how are you, how can I help you today?" I turned and looked at him and said. You know that that is really messed up. The fact that I was a female walking the door and you didn't say anything. After I walked to the counter and then because it was a man that walked in after me. You speak to him and have manners. That is how you're supposed to treat every customer! I don't like the way I treated in this store. Very rude and no customer service. The only reason why I stayed and purchased the one sandwiche was because the person who was buying a for was really looking forward to eating that. I would have just walked out otherwise. At to top it off. He was like it was okay."
"A very rude guy served me who chose to ignore everything I asked for on the order"
"I used to go here all the time and utilize coupons that we would get an hour fliers each week. Until a few months ago I order my sandwich and give the man the coupon and he says you should have told me you have a coupon before I ordering. I asked why would you have banked the sandwich and the different? The next time? I went in a few weeks later. They told me they don't accept coupons anymore, store policy. Is try later in the month. I went back again and asked? Are you accepting coupons now? And they said no, store policy. I don't go in there anymore. I have been a subway customer for many years but the two stores that I used to go to have now closed. I wonder why. Subways are losing customers all the time and soon blimpie will take over. Now I have to find a subway that will take my coupons. I am a senior and they don't give senior discounts so I use a coupon and save a few dollars. But they won't take coupons. I used to always get my sweet onion chicken teriyaki and now with the coupons. They only offered tonibut tuna or the cold cuts. And the cold cut sandwiches are minimal meat and a lot of wettest tomatoes and cucumbers."
