"This location refuses to open the lobby at 8am so that breakfast that one orders via mobile can't actually be enjoyed inside like a human being. Drive-thru cashier is passive aggressive hostility at its finest/worst. Why can't they open at 8am as stated. It's 815am and they see me standing with the bag I just got from.thw window and told me "have a nice day" when I asked why they won't open the lobby. Horrible person"
"Ordered on the app and went in like 15 mins later. The crew had me standing there for like 30 mins talking bout my food ain't ready. Finally I asked a cashier and she checked behind her and the food was right there. 40 mins of my food just sitting there while the other staffed played dumb."
"My experience at this Wendy's branch was extremely unpleasant. I don't know where Management was but the staff were all over the place; completely without direction. The Establishment was unkempt and there was a rat trap located in the corner of the dining area. Do. Not. Eat. There!"
