"THEY ARE SCAMMING!! Says 24 hour drive thru and that is not being followed!!! Employees are there on the dam clock BEING PAID but telling people they are closed at 3am after working a late shift, when there's a sign that says 24 hours drive thru and Google confirms this !!!! This place needs to be investigated !!!!! I hope everyone reports this McDonald's to corporate because this is disgusting."

"the staff overall are very sweet and helpful, sadly though their ice cream machine needs cleaned. after eating their ice cream this last time i was their, i got horrendous food poisoning. and as i was sick as a dog in their bathroom, the employees treated me like a drug addict using in their after i came out, which, i can understand why, but that is no way to treat someone. was very disheartening. i hope they clean their ice cream machine, because other than this, i think this is my favorite mcdonald’s in the city"

"This has to be one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ordered from. They don’t have ordering from the counter, where they direct you to order either from the app or the kiosk. I order both from the app and the kiosk. They received the kiosk order but not the app. They gave me my kiosk order but not the app order because they didn’t receive it. I showed them my email confirmation, app confirmation, and credit card charge. However that wasn’t enough proof for the front worker nor the rude lady manager. She told me she couldn’t help me because it didn’t show up in their system. Told me to contact my bank for a refund. I wasted over 25 mins while they tried figuring it out. It took not one but two managers asking me the same questions repeatedly. It finally clicked for them to restart the system for the order to show up. I foolishly waited for so long for my fries and soda. I should’ve left a long time ago when the lady manager started being rude and giving me an attitude. Very bad customer service."

"Maybe the bad reviews were from the dark days, the lockdown days, the days when people were just about surviving. My experience here is always good. Let’s be real: there are some ropey as hell branches in the 5 Bs. This one the seating area is always clean. Toilet is acceptable. Staff are helpful. Shout out to the manager Helen for the extra level of hospitality. I mean I challenge anyone to work a full shift at MacDonalds, still wear a smile on your face and never make a single mistake. It’s MacDonalds people, take a breath and eat your burger."

"Almost everything was great as usual except, McDonald's is suppose to be based on consistency, I don't like walking into a place, buying my ultimate platter breakfast which usually comes with a biscuit, sausage, eggs, pancakes, and a drink to be not given my biscuit and bacon instead. So I stand there, waiting for the rest, only to be told, that's it. But that's not what I usually get, not what I expect. So of course, I have to reorder what's missing now and spend more money on what I should of had turning my bill into $18. If things don't straighten up, I will switch to burger King."
