"On 12/14/23 around 7pm a fair skinned woman took my order for patties and a duck bread with a credit card at Golden Krust (1706 Atlantic Ave.). Two days later I checked my transactions and noticed that the vendor came up as RAY TEX INC. and not Golden Krust. Why is this location accepting payments under another entity is very strange and fishy. This never happens at other locations. I will never enter this location again. Customers beware if you are using credit/debit cards."
"Probably the worst golden krust in brooklyn. Just had 2 parties. Hard coco bread, hard and cold patties. And you must spend 10 dollars to use a card. Even if it’s 50 cent below. Last time going!!"
"DONT SUPPORT THIS PLACE PLEASE! So i went to this location today...my second time because its close to my job an i try my best to support minorities but this was a disgrace again! 14.00 for a large jerk chicken. The meat was old and not even hot. The woman at the counter was on the phone the whole time while taking my oder. I received a thigh an a drum stick both chopped in half...way to much rice an no gravy. This is once again my second time. Definition of lazy an ripoff to the community."
"First of all, their soup is delicious, hands down. Second, I agree with the service. At times they can be moody. Also saw a review talking about oxtail for $21 and not getting enough. Mam that picture clearly shows you got your money’s worth with the amount of oxtails I counted. If you’re greedy, just say that. This establishment needs improvement with staff. Otherwise from that, keep up the good work"
"I ordered a plate of oxtails for $21.00 because they're very tasty. However, the female cashier gave me the same amount of oxtails as her edges...NONE! She took my plate to the back as I asked the could I see the plate because I didn't want bare bones. She opened the lid with such attitude which I ignored. I asked for more meat she was even more nastier and scooped only gravy. This isn't the first time I've been here and the guy hires these nasty attitude unprofessional females. Look at this plate... 8 cups of rice... and barely any oxtails. If customers are willing to pay. Give them their money's worth. These tiny little pieces with a mountain of rice. The owner will continue to lose business with these type of unprofessional workers. It's very unwelcoming considering the food being one of the best in the neighborhood. To the owner step your game up. Hire someone who enjoys being there and who's nice to customers. Your food is amazing!!!! But customers aren't happy with the workers they're damaging the environment & reputation of your restaurant."
