Very polite and explained everything to me and after being at my house for almost 9 hours he still made timer to talk and never tried to hurry things up. "I needed a little work on the boiler. Expansion tank needed replacing and two relief valves as general maintenance. (My regular plumber was out after surgery) I feel I've gotten 3rd rate work at grade "A" price. The silver soldering was quite sloppy, brass fitting was chewed up by a very sharp pipe wrench. The relief pipe was replaced in such a way as it's in the way if/when I need to put a hose on the bib, this pipe is in the way. Fast fwd to Universe visit #2: Frank spent 30-40 minutes reworking the maintenance done weeks ago. Great job by Frank check the final photo. 5 stars Frank *****"

"I understand the ownership has changed. I wish I knew that earlier. 11 months of torture trying to get them to fix a central A/C unit they installed. I have two technicians on two different service calls on video explaining why it was installed incorrectly for multiple reasons. Pictures show leaking a/c coolant. this was finally fixed on visit 7. Still waiting for my original complaint to be addressed. BTW other good reviews are bots, check number of reviews for each."
