"Terrible terrible TERRIBLE! The store is filthy, the service is poor and the owners are nasty and obnoxious. They charged me a 5 dollar tip automatically without my consent, and said it’s because I didn’t buy 10$ worth of items to pay with a credit card. On another occasion, they “accidentally “ charged my card twice. I went back for a refund, which they thankfully gave, but they found my frustration hilarious, and they proceeded to laugh about it, clearly talking to each other about me in Chinese. Bad service, bad people, bad food and dirty store. Insert vomit emoji here."

"If you like kosher Chinese food, this is definitely one of the better ones. The sit down is a bit unepealling and may be a bit dirty. But their food is amazing. Now I only use their takeout and delivery. As of today they charge a $5 delivery charge and optional if you order online. Their food is tasty and delicious. Perhaps not as good as their Boro Park counterpart Family Glatt on 18th Ave. So far I never really had any problems or issues with them.they don't speak English well, so try not to complicate your order to avoid mistakes and complications."

"Been getting food from this chain for many years. It usually always hits the spot but I tried the dim sum today which was not good. There was also something off tasting with the broccoli in the two dishes we got."
