"Very nice bubble tea shop that also serves Vietnamese sandwiches. Had the earl grey brown sugar milk tea sub with oat milk and it was really good. Actually can taste the tea. Plus they got board games will definitely come back."

"Wow, what a wonderful and unexpected experience! We ordered the brown sugar matcha tea latte and roasted oolong with signature cream; they were both incredibly delicious, even at 50% sugar! But the star of the show was definitely the BBQ banh Mi! My wife, who never eats sandwiches, actually asked for another one!! The bbq pork was plentiful, flavorful, and deliciously delightful! Although the price is on the higher end for a banh mi, it is understandable given inflation and also how much ingredients they put into it. Their drinks, on the other hand, were very reasonably priced! When you come, whether for the event or just because you want your bubble tea fix, please give their bbq banh mi a try! "Love love love this place. Really great tea, super friendly staff, and very adorable decorations AND they have seats and restroom for customers! We got the brown sugar boba earl grey milk tea and I loved it. I can taste the tea, the boba had a nice lightly chewy texture. Exactly what I would want in a milk tea. I plan to stop by here whenever I'm in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it."
